I show you how you can regrow the vegetable from a small cutting of it, and I explain the science behind how it works. I also discuss how this project can help families and individuals stay at home during this pandemic and avoid going to the store an excessive amount of times. This project helps reduce vegetable waste and helps save some money at the same time.
